The red hands and the contexts in the food is the most important (significant?) in the whole elements of the image. The red color represents the oppression and force against the character (in student look).
The “I’m doing this for your own good” coordinated with the strange color of the food, to give the audience some connections that many actions may appear a good side on the surface, but in fact it gives no help and causes harm and trauma.
